I saw Fumble at Newcastle city Hall - can't remember the date - possibly
1973, and may have been support to David Bowie. I was blown away by
Fumble - absolutely fantastic! I bought the 1972 Fumble album straight
away.
During the concert Fumble sang a beautifiul alma mater a cappella -
it began with the words 'Farewell Royal High School . . .' - do you
know it and is there a recording of it? Do you have the words to the
song?
Even now I still sing that opening line to myself sometimes and it
takes me straight back to that fantastic night. Wonderful warm memories!
