Hitched from Sterling to see Bowie. Don't think i even
knew who Fumble were.
Supposed to meet a friend there, bastard didn't show up. Had a bit
of a toke
before the show. It was one of the best, maybe the best gig i have
ever been
to and in the early seventies i saw all the greats. It was the tightest
music i have ever heard, smooth as silk, a real thrill and hilarious
too. I
was a big Bowie fan, still am but Fumble were the highlight. Had to
sleep in
the car-park as i was on my way to Bangor. Bloody freezing but worth
it for
Fumble. Oh and its all there on the first album!
