1981 - 4 gigs in two days!

rushing to the 'Elvis' Musical in 25 minutes...
...it seems so long ago now, and in truth it is. But I can
still recall rushing from my job in London to catch the shows,
particularly the 6 oclock matinee… I had 25 minutes to get
there from St John’s Wood, but always made it before the
show started.
I would have loved to have seen the boys in concert, but will
have to live with the memories of those Elvis nights.
I really believe that they were the pulse of the show, and could
not believe how professional they were performing night after
night! Forget Shakin’ Stevens, THEY were the show.
I would love to see the guys again, and someday hope to do so.
I was sad to hear of Sean’s passing. The were so brilliant
together.
Des, Mario and Barry thanks for all the great memories. You are
up there at the TOP in my estimation!
